Saxifraga conifera

Saxifraga conifera was created by Mark Childerhouse
S.conifera has been doing well for the past couple of years in my sand bed. It has now started to propagate itself by dropping dormant buds in the summer which root the following spring.
Is anyone else growing it in the open garden?
